We had a salesman over last night. His name is Serge Oros. I had no intention of purchasing carpet from the first place we dealt with (I was going to get at least 3 estimates)and that all changed within minutes after he sat down and started talking to us. Within minutes I knew that I was going to purchase my carpet from him. You should have more salesmen like him. He was fantastic!!!

Hello Paul,

Well the wood floors were finished up yesterday and the Carpet guy is coming back today just to finish off the stairs where the wood and carpet meet.

Rhonda and I just wanted to tell you what a great experience we have had with everyone at Smart Carpet, starting with our salesman, Joe, all of the installers, and your office management team. Not only do the floors and carpeting look absolutely beautiful, but my salesman really took the time to explain everything to Rhonda and me, and give us all the options we needed to make the right choice for us and our home. Then your installers also took the time to answer all our questions and explain the process of the install, so we knew exactly what to expect and how to plan for this process. Both the Carpeting and the Wood floor installers went the extra mile in our home and really made sure every inch of your product was installed perfectly as if it was their own house.

We are extremely satisfied with our purchase from your company and will recommend Smart Carpet and Flooring to anyone considering a flooring purchase.
